Agilus is recruiting for a Leasing Administrator in the real estate sector in Calgary, Alberta. This is 1-month contract with a chance of extension
What's In It For You
- $25.00 - $28.21 hourly
- Contract duration: one month with chance of extension
- Location: SW Calgary
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, full-time in-office
- Full time hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Providing customer service to residents and future residents
- Answering the phones and managing the inbox
- Setting up appointments and viewings
- Conducting viewings
- Welcoming new residents and helping with their orientation
- Running marketing and sales reports
- Following up on sales leads and handling negotiations with leases when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in administration, real estate, hospitality, customer service, or sales
- Fluent with MS Office and Yardi
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide a reference contact
- Hands-on suite leasing experience is required
