What you’ll be doing:

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers to meet MTO safety regulations
• Keep detailed and accurate records of work performed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• work as part of a team and independently
• Assist and mentor apprentices as needed

What we are looking for:

• Valid 310J Trailer Mechanic License in Ontario
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and trailer systems
• The ability to Conduct maintenance, repairs, and inspections on commercial trailers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, and structural components
• Work with Carrier refrigeration units—diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems (experience considered a strong asset)
• Current and valid driver’s license (AZ/Class 1 would be an asset)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

In addition to in-shop repairs, this role includes on-the-road service:

• Diagnose and repair trailers at our customer locations
• Operate service truck equipped with tools and parts
• Communicate clearly with your supervisor, dispatch team and driver to ensure timely service
• Maintain safety protocols while working in variable environments
