Located in Montréal, this company is a national leader in the distribution of packaging and B2B supplies. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, opening new markets, negotiating confidently, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory (primarily the Greater Montréal area).

Tasks

  • Actively prospect and generate new B2B leads.
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio within the packaging and distribution sectors.
  • Present and negotiate tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Introduce new products and execute regional and national programs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or a junior profile ready to grow into greater responsibilities.
  • B2B experience required, ideally within the distribution or industrial sector.
  • Bilingual in French and English (50% of clients are English-speaking).
  • Valid driver’s license and mobility within the assigned territory (Greater Montréal area).
  • Proficiency with office and CRM tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prospect in the field and manage your time and priorities effectively.
