Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for the client’s customers, delivering professional, efficient, and solution-oriented support. This role focuses on building trust, understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer interactions in a professional and timely manner while building rapport and trust
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate, efficient, and courteous solutions
  • Identify opportunities to promote and upsell products or services in alignment with customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the client’s products, services, and processes to ensure accurate support
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences
  • Complete administrative and documentation tasks as required to support customer interactions and internal processes

  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability in sales and upselling techniques
