SUMMARY: This role is a vital part of the team on our job sites. This position performs various duties in the completion of our building projects. Successful candidates will be energetic, dependable, and take pride in producing quality results with a great attitude towards collaboration with team members.
Responsibilities
- Work under the direction/supervision of the Site Superintendent
- Loading and unloading materials, cleanup, and miscellaneous duties
- Assembling or breaking down structures
- Familiarity with the materials, tools, and machinery used
- Team-oriented, ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Ensure all safety standards are followed when working on construction job sites
- Commitment to ongoing training, strong work ethic
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- The Labourer must have a minimum of three years of construction experience
- Experience with concrete is an asset
- Ability to work at a variety of locations, with a focus on Abbotsford, individually or in teams
- Must be open to performing physical activities (Lifting equipment up to 50 lbs)
- Demonstrated ability to use manual tools and equipment safely
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts
- Valid BC Driver’s License.

Our Senior Management Team collectively has over 100 years of construction experience in the industrial, commercial and residential markets. Internally, we have forty-plus full-time office staff and seventy-plus field staff to support and administer every project and ensure its successful on-time delivery.
