Working hours 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday
Hybrid role with regular travel to facilities in London, Manchester and Birmingham expected

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the strategic and operational delivery of Patient Access across the region, ensuring services are efficient, patient-centred, and aligned to business goals.
Lead and develop regional Patient Access teams to deliver a consistently high-quality, premium patient experience Use data and insights to identify trends, improve performance, and shape service delivery Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, influence decision making, and drive service improvements Embed a strong leadership culture focused on accountability, development, and continuous improvement Oversee financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations while optimising revenue and service opportunities Drive and embed a 5* Patient experience and service standards across all facilities across the organisation
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be a confident, experienced leader with a strong track record in complex healthcare or service environments.
Significant experience leading hospital administration or patient access functions at a senior level Strong commercial and operational understanding, with the ability to drive performance through insight and data Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrix organisation A leadership style that inspires and empowers teams to perform at their best Excellent communication skills with the presence and credibility to operate at executive level A commitment to driving exceptional services standards across HCA UK

About Lister Fertility Clinic
The Lister Fertility Clinic is one of the largest fertility centres in the UK. The clinic was established in 1988 and since that time has maintained its reputation as being one of the most successful IVF clinics in the country with nearly 20,000 'Lister' babies born.
The clinic prides itself on being able to assist couples whose treatment has been unsuccessful elsewhere and we operate a more flexible referral criteria in order to help couples with the more difficult fertility problems.
We offer a comprehensive range of fertility treatments. The Clinical Director is Mr James Nicopoullos, who leads an experienced team of doctors, nurses, embryologists and counsellors.
We are totally committed to providing the best medical and scientific services currently available within this field. We do so in an environment of genuine care, warmth and support for couples attending the clinic.
