POSITION: Business Development Analyst
LOCATION: Mississauga, Canada
RECRUITMENT RANGE: $76,000-$93,000 CAD

What you will be doing:
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of retailer financial performance.
- Monitor and manage the department’s annual budget, including cost tracking, monthly accounting activities, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
- Support organizational reporting needs, including dealer candidate pro‑formas, Regional Reviews, Business Plans, Executive Team presentations, and other performance-driven projects.
- Administer the Business Builder Program, including monthly reconciliations, payment calculations, retailer statements, and management of retailer inquiries.
- Manage the Retailer Balanced Scorecard, ensuring accurate preparation, maintenance, and publication.
- Maintain and update the internal Retailer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in automotive business operations or finance-related departments.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and financial statement or accounting analysis.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; VBA experience is an asset.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and consistently deliver high‑quality work.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and dealer network.
**Schedule:**Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
