Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, content creators, and campaign managers.
• Oversee digital campaigns acrossSEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Manage marketing budgets and campaign allocations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Present marketing insights and reports to leadership and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. -5-8+ years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managingdigital marketing campaigns and teams.
• Strong understanding ofSEO, paid media, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working withmultiple client accounts or agency environments.
