NOW HIRING: Parts Advisor

LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire - Summerside, PEI

HOURS: Full-time permanent position, 40-44 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with rotating Saturday mornings, 8am to 12pm.

COMPENSATION: $16.50 - $21.00/ hour + benefits. To be negotiated based on experience.

JOB TASKS:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their powersports vehicles and equipment

• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain inventory levels and organize parts display areas

• Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and compatibility

• Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies

• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery for repairs

• Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department area

• Adhere to all safety and security procedures in the workplace

• Impressive retention of recent information
