Service Administrator

Job Summary:
At Porsche Markham, we are passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience to every customer. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Service Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by managing schedules, processing documentation, and supporting both customers and internal teams.
The Service Administrator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department while serving as a flexible team member who can assist across departments as needed. This position requires a high level of organization, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Manage and maintain service schedules, appointments, and logs.

Prepare and process service orders, invoices, and reports.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to service requests.

Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in internal systems.

Support compliance and documentation processes.

Provide backup coverage for front desk/reception, customer service, or other admin roles and during staff absences or peak periods.

Assist various departments (e.g., sales, operations, HR) with clerical and logistical support.

Participate in cross-training to stay updated on different team processes and positions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional on-site support needs.
- Standard business hours with flexibility required to cover absences or shifting priorities.
