Job Description
As an Unregulated Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents in a retirement community. Your role will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being.
- Engaging residents in social and recreational activities.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) program or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Experience working with seniors or in a retirement community.
Additional Information
- This position is part-time and requires availability for day shifts.
