Purpose of the role We are seeking an experienced Analytics & DevOps Manager to lead our Analytics & DevOps team in supporting Sales & Operations Planning and business Performance initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, development and delivery of advanced analytical models, dashboards, and forecasting tools that drive key business decisions for MHIRJ. You will ensure timely execution of ongoing projects, manage disruptions, and innovate new data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.

Here are the daily responsibilities for a Manager – Data & Analytics:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary analytics team, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, focusing on S&OP planning, product forecasting, pricing models, and performance dashboards.
- Translate business pain points into scalable product solutions utilizing AI, automation, and analytics.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered data and analytics tools to support business improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, including product roadmap development, data extraction, and integration with DevOps and business operations teams.
- Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and backlog grooming to ensure high-impact deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Support senior leadership through budget planning, strategic reviews, and analytics presentations.
- Implement governance frameworks for AI/data model management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging analytical techniques and AI technologies.
- Facilitate effective communication between analytics stakeholders and operational teams to resolve ongoing disruptions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and analytical excellence.
Qualifications Here is what is required to succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing analytics teams or large-scale AI projects, ideally in sales operations, supply chain, or product performance environments.
Core Competencies Technical & Strategic Expertise :
- Proven ability to translate technical proficiency into product roadmaps by drafting clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), merging business requirements with technical considerations.
- Strong skills in defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables, focusing on product definition and management of the lifecycle of analytics products
- Proficiency in advanced analytics, AI/ML applications, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) – and / or successful delivery of projects requiring above tools
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Zendesk), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with financial analytics, KPI reporting, and performance management frameworks.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to support, coach, and manage team members.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster professional growth.
