About Ingenium

Environmental Services
51-200

Ingenium is a leading hazardous waste management provider focusing on providing sustainable solutions before implementing traditional disposal options. The company’s expertise in packaging, transportation, recycling, repurposing, reusing, and hazardous waste disposal is combined with an emphasis on cost, risk and liability reduction, and societal responsibility. In addition to sustainable solutions, Ingenium also offers traditional hazardous waste management, technical services, industrial waste, and EHS Consulting.

Ingenium created the pioneering Orphan Chemical Program that arranges for the transfer of title and shipment of useable hazardous chemicals (that otherwise would be treated as waste) to new owners. In California, Ingenium established the Emerald Energy Program, wherein biological, hazardous, and other waste types traditionally suitable for landfill disposal or incineration are used to power local and state electrical grids.

In addition to these established programs, Ingenium is researching and innovating new ways to recycle or reuse biohazardous materials formerly considered only suitable for landfill. They aim to help companies and organizations worldwide meet and exceed sustainability objectives, including Zero Waste Certification.

Ingenium was named multiple times by Inc.com as one of the nation's top 100 fastest-growing environmental services/hazardous waste disposal companies.
