Position Overview: Join Finning and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional service, quality and customer satisfaction! Our Regina team is looking for a Service Supervisor to work on a 7x7 shift overseeing our busy Rebuild team.
Our Rebuild team works on Finning CAT products that are used across all areas we work, allowing for work on many types of equipment. As a Service Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, managing workflow, and driving quality repairs.

Job Description:
- Lead and promote a healthy and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and policies.
- Facilitate pre-job, mid-job, and post-job reviews to ensure safety and quality at every stage.
- Manage and measure technician productivity, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower and resources.
- Conduct performance conversations and provide regular feedback to help technicians grow and excel.
- Maintain high standards with daily time and service reports, cross-over reports, and field-to-shop transfers.
- Determine appropriate tooling for jobs and navigate the warranty process with expertise.
- Review inspection findings and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Monitor shop floor operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Engage with technicians to resolve technical and tooling issues promptly.
- Track KPIs related to productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Ensure accurate completion of timecards and service documentation.
Requirements:
- Desire to lead and manage people.
- Effective leadership and supervisory skills.
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician, Automotive, Agriculture, Machinist or Welder ticket is considered an asset
- Previous experience with Caterpillar equipment (minimum 4 years) is considered an asset
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and hazard assessment.

- This position will oversee our Rebuild bay
- Permanent, full-time role
- Continuous shift, 7x7 schedule
