Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a dynamic and diversified organization engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of both proprietary branded and contract-manufactured products for a range of markets, including the Automotive and Commercial/Industrial Construction sectors. The company is seeking to add a Product Support Specialist to its team - a technically skilled professional who will serve as a key link between the Business Development, Product Development, and Marketing departments. This position is central to the company’s roofing business, focusing on low-slope commercial and industrial roofing systems, and will play a crucial role in supporting customer-facing activities and ensuring the quality and reliability of installations.

Working closely with customers, installers, architects, and contractors, the Product Support Specialist will act as the Technical Representative for the organization. This individual will provide on-site and remote expertise regarding roofing installations, conduct warranty-related inspections, and ensure adherence to product specifications and installation standards. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver field-based insights into new product development, perform application testing, and support technical documentation and customer training initiatives

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in the low-slope roofing industry, possessing a solid understanding of roofing applications, installation techniques, and field service support. A technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred, while completion of a roofing apprenticeship program would be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular interaction with diverse stakeholders and the ability to navigate sensitive customer situations with professionalism and poise
