**Title:**Status Card Admin Coordinator- Metro Vancouver
Salary:$59,336 - $74,169 - $ 81,586 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract:**Full Time, Term until March 31, 2027
**Hours:**8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location:**Metro Vancouver office- unceded traditional territories of the x?m??k??y??m (Musqueam), S?wx_wú7mesh (Squamish), and s?lilw?ta? (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
About the role
As a Status Card Processor you will be responsible for assisting First Nations clients in submitting applications for the Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) to Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). This role provides direct support to clients by guiding them through the application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately, and facilitating access to status card services. This position provides administrative support for implementation of plans, systems, processes and procedures for effective and efficient operations of Status cards. This position will engage with First Nations individuals both in Vancouver and in remote communities throughout British Columbia, requiring periodic travel to designated locations.

50% of travel and the Class 5 Drive license is a requirement for this role
About you To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Education and Occupational requirements
- Diploma in business administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience
- 3-5 years progressively responsible administrative experience.
- Experience working with BC First Nations communities and/or organizations in an administrative
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and matters in a trusted and responsible manner.
Knowledge and Ability
- Advanced knowledge of MS office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Access.
- Cultural competency and understanding of First Nations perspectives and experiences

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
