Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (2-Month Contract)
Location: Downtown Toronto (M5B 1W8)
Pay Rate: $21–$25/hour
Schedule: Flexible hours; may vary week to week (e.g., Mon–Fri 9–5, then Tues–Sat 8–4)
Job Overview:
We are seeking Desktop Support Technicians for a short-term contract to assist with on-site computer imaging at a downtown Toronto location. The customer has all necessary images and procedures prepared — we need skilled resources to execute the imaging process efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site imaging of desktop and laptop computers using provided procedures and tools.
- Follow established protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with computer imaging and desktop support.
- Ability to follow technical procedures accurately.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying weekly schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
