The Vista at Sage Hills, part of the Brightwater family is a new Independent Living community opening in 2026, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Director to lead community outreach, build connections, and help future residents find their perfect home.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Executive Director and Area Director of Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy and revenue goals

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral partners

• Guide prospective residents through the sales process with empathy and expertise

• Execute creative sales strategies, events, and outreach campaigns

• Maintain accurate records in the lead management system

• Support the move-in process and ensure a seamless experience for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living or hospitality preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Positive, creative, and collaborative attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Ability to travel locally for events and stand for extended periods when needed
