Senior Capital Project Manager – Manufacturing (Engineering)

What You’ll Do Lead capital projects ($50K–$5M+) from scope definition through commissioning and start-up Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors in an active production environment Oversee budgets, schedules, and scope changes across multiple concurrent projects Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Support capital planning and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years leading capital or engineering projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience managing projects from design through commissioning and operational handover Strong contractor/vendor management experience Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with competing priorities Engineering degree required (P.Eng preferred)
Note: This role is not suited for candidates with only project coordination, IT project management, or construction-only experience.
