About the role
Position Summary...
This position operates between Store/DC/Trans/Replenishment to plan and support both conception and implementation of business objectives launching in the field. Monitors for potential collisions and tracks activities as to minimize disruption. Supports the implementation activities through developing strong business cases with a solid ROI, building and rolling out communications, assist in the build of supporting resources and materials. Acts as a central point of contact for all business stakeholders to help streamline and simplify execution roll out of projects
What you'll do...
Basic understanding and working knowledge of different systems. (HOST, smart, WTMS, CRM,
WebLogistics, excel, PowerPoint,quickbase, and tableau
Issue management skills including time management (multi-tasking); information gathering, problem-
solving skills (identifying and correcting errors) judgment and decision making
Communication skills including written and verbal – ability to present and articulate in front of large groups
and senior leaders (powerpoint skills required)
Computer skills including basic knowledge of data entry, word processing; and spreadsheets.
Ability to influence senior leaders and identify solutions/recommendations based on facts
Ability to analyze financial data and computer data for daily reporting/weekly/monthly and yearly reporting.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, long weekends and stat holidays
Project Management/Lean training an asset. Previous experience leading a team is an asset.
Leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners in large-scale projects
Relationship building is critical to the success of this role
