About the role

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and analytical SaaS Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, increase customer acquisition, and support revenue growth for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment and enjoys using analytics to continuously improve campaign performance. Salary $75,000 – $95,000 CAD per year, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms. Drive lead generation initiatives to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Manage SEO strategies, keyword research, technical SEO improvements, and website optimization. Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and marketing automation workflows. Develop engaging content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, webinars, and social media. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and website content to improve conversion rates. Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to maintain lead data accuracy and campaign effectiveness. Analyze marketing KPIs and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, webinars, and virtual events. Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS). Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technology environment. Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads). Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar. Excellent copywriting and content marketing skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and performance data. Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing SaaS products with subscription-based business models. Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and customer lifecycle marketing. Experience with webinar platforms and virtual event marketing. Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms. Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hotjar, Canva, Figma, or similar marketing platforms. Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications are considered an asset.
