What you will do
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated electrician to join the Production Maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. You will support both processing and packaging equipment maintenance activities during the weekend shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all manufacturing equipment, perform repairs, and support daily maintenance processes
- Execute Preventative, Corrective, and Emergency Maintenance work orders by following internal SOPs and procedures while adhering to GMP and safety requirements.
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability activities where required.
- Support job plan and preventative maintenance review and migration into Maximo
- Own specific critical equipment as defined by the site’s reliability roadmap
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Industrial Millwright 433A and/or Electrician 442A or Journeyman 309A, one ticket required, two an asset.
- Proven track record of working independently to troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain production equipment.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving.
- Technical expertise in processing and/or packaging.

- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good documentation practices
- Proficient with MS Office suite
