What will your typical day look like?

As a trusted expert, you will help organizations develop, deliver and drive value from Microsoft 365 platform.
As Microsoft Dynamics functional Senior Solution Specialist/ Solution Specialist you will

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on improving business processes, ensuring best practices.
  • Oversee the configuration of Dynamics 365 functionalities to align with client-specific processes and ensure smooth adoption of business workflows.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to clearly capture requirements involving various Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, identify process improvements, and help clients optimize their business management practices.
  • Support business teams during the transition phase, addressing process gaps, facilitating user adoption, and driving continuous process optimization post-implementation.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features, advising clients on how they can leverage new functionalities to improve their business processes.
  • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate in the development of best practices.
  • Participate in practice development initiatives (recruiting, methodology, trade booth participation, etc.).

About the team

From our Canadian Delivery Center (CDC), we work with consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. The CDC house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators to creative digital experts and Cyber Risk and Human Capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of everyone, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality.

The Microsoft Dynamics team within the CDC is dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients, consistently providing value.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

As Microsoft Dynamics functional Senior Solution Specialist/ Solution Specialist, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, service transformation, or consulting roles (consulting experience is an asset)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities with experience in low code/no code platform configurations
  • Experience working with technology teams to bridge business and technical requirements
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, map processes, and develop business cases for technology investments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and present to client stakeholders
  • Experience working in collaborative teams, analyzing complex business challenges, and developing actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote and on-site environments; willingness to travel nationally if required
  • A passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest trends in digital service delivery, customer experience, and enterprise technology
  • Residing in Canada for the last 5+ years

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.

and that you continue to reside in the Province of Quebec or New Brunswick for your entire tenure with the Canadian Delivery Centre (CDC) group at Deloitte.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $124,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
