We’re saving lives by ensuring the correct people are attentively completing training and certifications without cheating, with many customers in high-risk industries like oil & gas. 

Founded in 2015, we were

faced with the challenge of finding a service that could verify the identity and participation of online learners without creating extensive support needs due to device restrictions, software installations and the significant risk of privacy complaints and vulnerabilities. We became Integrity Advocate, a privacy-first alternative to existing solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are seeking a Product Manager

to drive the development and execution of key initiatives for our next-generation online proctoring platform. You’ll manage the short-term product roadmap, translating strategic goals into tactical actions while ensuring smooth feature execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Lead, design, and engineering teams to prioritize tasks, manage the product backlog, and deliver high-quality features on time. You’ll also handle customer feedback, triage feature requests and bugs, and ensure the smooth functioning of our LMS partner integrations. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your product management skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment, contributing to the company’s growth and product strategy.

What We Need:

• Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical execution that meets customers needs, prioritize tasks, and triage customer feature requests and bugs, while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
• Solid understanding of SaaS product practices, ideally with full product life experience, and a strong sense of product and user experience needs.
• Skilled in working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and stakeholders, and capable of driving internal training for feature release to ensure smooth adoption.
• Ability to write clear and detailed product requirements, with a practical understanding of technical constraints and feature phasing.
• Stay on top of platform changes with LMS partners, ensure our API endpoints and documentation are accurate, and maintain strong quality control throughout the product development lifecycle, including overseeing release notes.
• Comfort with pulling metrics and analyzing data to inform decisions, assess product performance, and improve execution.

What You Have:

• 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B2C SaaS or web-based applications.

• Proven ability to manage product execution

• Detail-oriented, with a high bar on quality

  in writing product requirements and collaborating with design and development teams

• Strong experience with backlog management, ticket creation, and release management

• Experience in developing clear, consistent messaging

  that enhances the user experience and aligns with business goals.

• Proficient in JIRA, Figma, and Agile frameworks

• Ability to make data-driven

  (e.g. SQL queries) and customer-informed decisions

• Strong communication

• Experience with third-party integrations, automation, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus
