AS THE EMERGENCY TRAUMA PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR, you will be a Registered Nurse with the responsibility and accountability for performing quality review regarding the delivery of care for injured patients.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or Temporary Practice Permit required
- Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience and leadership experience required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field obtained within first three (3) years of hire
- Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Certified Emergency Nursing certification required within first two (2) years of hire
- Healthcare Provider (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Comprehensive Crisis Management certifications obtained within first twelve (12) months of start date in position
- Demonstrates effective communication and collaborative skills with physician and other health care team members
