As the right-hand to our E-commerce Lead, you’ll do more than run reports — you’ll shape strategy, optimize listings, and improve the customer journey with data-backed decisions.

What You’ll Do:
Data Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and interpret performance across our online stores — from product-level to category-wide data — using GA4, Zoho Analytics, Excel, and BigCommerce reports.
- Identify trends, slow-moving inventory, and top performers to guide strategy.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and OKRs, flagging anomalies and opportunities proactively.
Reporting & Visualization
- Build intuitive dashboards and automate recurring reports to give stakeholders real-time access to critical performance metrics.
- Simplify complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions.
- Own the analytics reporting calendar, ensuring leadership and cross-functional teams stay informed and aligned.
Optimization & Strategic Support
- Use data to support merchandising decisions, category updates, pricing strategies, and UX improvements.
- Help identify gaps in product listings, filters, or site structure that may impact discoverability or conversion.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and provide ROI analysis for new e-commerce tools and pilots (e.g., Searchspring, Yotpo).
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with the E-commerce Lead to prioritize initiatives and guide roadmap decisions using data.
- Translate technical findings into plain language for team members in marketing, operations, content, and dev.
- Participate in weekly meetings and cross-functional discussions to align performance metrics with business goals.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting methodologies, data sources, and recurring processes.
- Ensure reporting files and dashboards are easy to access and understand for both technical and non-technical users.
Backup Support for Product Data Management
- Provide coverage during vacations or absences by supporting product updates, catalog maintenance, and uploads.
- Ensure product data accuracy and alignment with current pricing, availability, and performance targets.
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years in e-commerce analytics, BI, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in GA4, Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), and a BI tool (Zoho preferred).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
- Analytical, organized, and able to communicate insights clearly.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Searchspring, Yotpo, or DataFeed Watch.
- Familiarity with SEO and user behavior tracking.
- Knowledge of SQL or query tools.
