The Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews and coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.

En tante que coordinateur(trice) en recrutement, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein du processus d’acquisition de talents, en assurant le bon fonctionnement des opérations à chaque étape. Vos responsabilités seront liées a la gestion de la base de données des candidats, la planification des entrevues ainsi qu’aux communications de coordination. De plus, vous tiendrez à jour les dossiers des candidats, suivrez les progrès et apporterez le soutien administratif à l’équipe de recrutement.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, updating applicant tracking system and pre-employment screening
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

- Gérer les activités d'administration spécifiques au compte telles que la capture de CV, la gestion des demandes, la planification des entretiens, la mise à jour du système de suivi des candidats et le contrôle préalable à l'emploi
- Gérer diverses activités administratives ad hoc pour soutenir le bon déroulement du processus de recrutement
- Collaborer à la réalisation ou compléter les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels avec précision dans les délais établis
- Établir et maintenir de solides relations de travail entre toutes les parties, y compris les recruteurs, les sourceurs, les responsables du recrutement, les fournisseurs et autres parties prenantes du compte
- S'assurer que les parties prenantes sont continuellement informées et mises à jour sur les processus pertinents
- Gestion des requêtes quotidiennes liées à leur domaine de responsabilité, en s'assurant que toutes sont traitées de manière efficace et rapide et escaladées si nécessaire
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de l'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe immédiate
Skills & Experience

- Bilingual French & English
- Effective business communication skills, written and oral
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel, ms teams
- Systems experience and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable, quick learner
