Job Summary:
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning models in production, owning the stack from data pipelines to MLOps. Positioned at the intersection of data, technology, and business, you will deliver reliable, end-to-end solutions that create measurable impact for our clients. You thrive on solving complex challenges, bringing ML innovation into production environments, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. What you’ll get to do:
- Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients, data teams, and analysts to translate business needs into production-ready ML solutions
- Model Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that are optimized for real-world environments
- Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines that feed ML workflows and ensure data quality
- MLOps Practices: Implement monitoring, testing, and continuous deployment pipelines to maintain reliable ML operations at scale
- Performance Optimization: Tune and optimize models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production systems.
- Cloud & Data Integration: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Snowflake to integrate machine learning with modern data platforms
- Security & Compliance: Ensure that ML workflows maintain compliance, security, and responsible data use throughout the lifecycle
What you’ll bring:
- Strong foundation in machine learning and artificial intelligence fundamentals
- Advanced Python programming skills, with hands-on experience in ML/AI frameworks and data processing libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
- Proven experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) for ML development and deployment
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern data platforms
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automation
- Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals such as pipelines, ETL, and APIs
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Ability to translate business problems into technical ML/AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
Additional Assets:
- Experience deploying Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or similar tooling
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with frontend development using React for building ML-driven applications
- Fluency in French
