Location: Edmonton, AB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job duties may include, but are not restricted to:
- Providing excellent customer service to both the client and its guests
- Security desk duties including CCTV monitoring
- Responding to client requests
- Responding to emergency service requests
- Patrolling duties including regular building patrols, inspections of data server rooms and temperature gauge monitoring
- Report writing and two-way radio communication
- Reporting site incidents to Operations Managers
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Alberta security license
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- First Aid (Intermediate) certificate is an asset
- Comfortable in patrolling, ability to sit, stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Requires good computer skills and an ability to use systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial security
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-touch customer service environment
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
