Job Description
The Senior Manager, Business and Program Management is responsible for leading and managing various projects and programs within the Wealth Management platform. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results through effective program management.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project and program management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
- This position is available in both Toronto and Mississauga, Ontario.
