This role sits at the intersection of solutions architecture, customer success, and AI-driven product adoption, supporting enterprise customers as they implement and scale advanced data and marketing solutions. You will lead complex technical onboarding and long-term account relationships, helping customers deploy cloud-based data systems and activate AI-powered marketing capabilities. The position requires a strong blend of hands-on technical execution, strategic thinking, and customer-facing communication. You will act as the primary technical partner for enterprise accounts, guiding implementation, optimization, and expansion across the full customer lifecycle. Working in a fast-moving, AI-native environment, you will also help shape automation workflows and internal tools that improve team efficiency. This is a high-impact role where technical depth directly translates into measurable customer outcomes and business growth.
Accountabilities
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of enterprise customers, from technical discovery to go-live and value realization Own technical architecture across cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks) and integration workflows Manage long-term customer relationships as the primary technical point of contact, driving adoption and expansion Deliver executive-level QBRs/EBRs translating technical outcomes into clear business impact and growth opportunities Troubleshoot complex data, pipeline, and integration issues across customer environments with urgency and precision Build internal tools and automation (including AI-driven workflows) to improve customer success operations and scalability Develop repeatable playbooks, documentation, and best practices to optimize onboarding and delivery processes
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical customer success, implementation engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks) Experience managing complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders from kickoff to delivery Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data pipelines (ETL, reverse ETL, event streaming, data modeling) Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini) for automation, analysis, or structured workflows Ability to design or support AI-powered automations using APIs, Python, or no-code tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.) Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and reliability Experience in martech, CDPs, or marketing activation platforms is a strong asset
