About the role

The Customer Loyalty & Engagement Lead is responsible for contributing and developing insight driven strategies and tactics that enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and advocacy - ultimately delivering for the organisation loyalty and increased value. Strategic thinker, go-getter with a fine business acumen, the lead will be able to connect the dots between consumer experience touchpoints, engagement driving tactics, and business results while also being able to understand systems and tools required to bring it to life. Working hand in hand with cross functional teams, this person will help design and implement initiatives that will turn our owners into vocal advocates. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and a passion for creating meaningful customer relationships and generating business results. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Strategy & Governance:
Contribute to designing and implementing loyalty and engagement strategies that drive customer retention, increase churn and advocacy.

Lead cross functional governances to fuel efficient implementation, decision making and optimization

Influence key stakeholders to ensure program coherence, project approval and alignment

Identify and quantify business opportunities through data analysis and customer insights.

Contribute to building business cases for new initiatives and programs.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to create seamless, customer-focused experiences.

Collaborate with CRM, Insights, Brands, and other key departments to align initiatives with overall business objectives

Influence roadmaps & prioritise loyalty initiatives into each plan

Customer Experience Design:
Develop and deploy programs and processes that enhance the end-to-end owner experience.

Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and service improvements.

Influence Tools & Processes:
Partner with internal teams to optimize tools, platforms, and workflows that support loyalty and engagement.

Advocate for customer-centric enhancements in systems and processes.

Strong capability to understand cross-platform ecosystem, operations & capabilities. Tool proficiency is a plus

Support removing roadblocks for the COE to unlock Loyalty potential

Measurement & Reporting:
Define KPIs and success metrics for loyalty and engagement programs.

Works with MD&I team to track and monitor

Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Fuels research briefs required to track performance

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

10 years of experience in customer experience, loyalty, or engagement roles.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence peers and executive levels.

Strong analytical skills with experience in building business cases and quantifying opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and customer analytics tools. Key Skills:
