The Specialist, Systems Support provides advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration for Sunrise Credit Union’s core banking platforms, digital solutions, and enterprise applications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions Support, this role ensures system reliability, efficiency, and security while enabling employees and members to access seamless financial services. The Specialist acts as a subject-matter expert for system configurations, integrations, and problem resolution, working closely with IT, operations, and member experience teams to support day-to-day operations and technology projects.
