Position #: 093900 Expected Start Date: June 21, 2026 Union: CUPE Facility: Norquay Health Centre City/Town: Norquay Department: Chronic Resident Unit Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.46 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: Per 12 weeks:- 6 shifts of 8 hours- 13 shifts of 11.78 hoursRelief: No Float: No Hours of work: Extended Shift Hours (8 and 11.78 hours) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: NoEducation- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)Competencies- Interpersonal skills- Organizational skills- Basic - Computer skills- Communication skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- Valid driver's license, where required- Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives- Food Safe certificate, where required- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
