Logistics Operations Specialist, Picnic - Toronto

By partnering with top local restaurants and batching hundreds of orders, we make it easy for companies to offer high-quality, individually packed meals, without fees or tips. What You’ll Do
- Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, and users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
- Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
- Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits, etc, liaising with external counsel as required.
- Train the operations team on the use of systems, acting as the key interface with the team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
- Support other activities within Business Operations as required.
