What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Manager, Digital RMS, within our Cross-Border division. This position falls under our Product line of business and is located in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for defining requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, and driving delivery of digital risk management products. You will report to the COO and collaborate with other departments.
How We Work
As a Product Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Hoteling space onsite at the Toronto, ON office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities As the Product Manager, Digital RMS, you will ensure a client-centric approach from concept to delivery, working closely with engineering, trading, commercial, credit, and operations teams to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive digital solutions. The responsibilities of the role will include: Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the digital dealing and trading experience within the Corpay Cross Border RMS vertical. Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity and strategic objectives. Translate complex financial, trading and client feedback into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Define success metrics and use data to measure product performance and inform future prioritization. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, fostering open communication and continuous feedback to maximize product value and business outcomes. Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations are embedded in product design Support product launches with training, documentation and stakeholder engagement to maximize successful adoption. Attend technical sessions to refine, plan sprints and collaborate in technical design discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years' experience in Product Management within financial services or another complex B2B software environment. Experience with FX, derivatives, treasury or capital markets products. Understanding of financial instruments including FX forwards, options and hedging strategies. Familiarity with risk management concepts such as exposure, mark-to-market valuation and margining. Experience working with distributed engineering teams. Knowledge of financial regulations impacting derivatives or payments. Previously worked delivering digital products in Agile development teams. Strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience using Jira, Confluence and product analytics tools. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
