Job Summary

In this role you will be responsible to supervise our organization’s warehouse operations with guidance from the Operations Manager. This role is essential to our overall corporate objective—to ensure that the warehouse processes result in products of maximum quality with minimum costs . Shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm – Moderate OT Expectation
Primary Duties
- Supervising a warehouse team in daily workflow and logistics processes
- Meets daily demands of warehouse operations from the receipt of products, storage, and distribution to
customers.
- Trains new workers in job duties.
- Cross Trains workers for operational flexibility.
- Trains all workers in safety policies.
- Attends company and departmental meetings as scheduled.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety/OSHA regulations.
- Completes supervisory reports for work related accidents.
- Analyzes and resolves work/employee problems.
- Recommends and presents personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary
measures.
- Uses continuous philosophy to improve current standards.
- Prepares annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following policies and procedures.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse
- Oversee the daily inspections of the warehouse equipment reports.
- Follows and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Physical Requirement: Physically fit and able to occasionally lift weights of up to 100lbs.
- Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach,
swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually
moderate.
- Proven leadership skills, with a proactive attitude
- A keen eye for detail and safety
- Experience with computerized inventory systems
- Highly organized
- Ability to devise an analytical approach to solving a business problem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including
Education / Experience
- Required High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse or logistics
- Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor or Manager
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PDFs
- SAP experience (Can train)
- First Aid Certification (Can train)
- Heavy duty truck industry experience preferred but not required.

There is a US base salary range for this full-time position.The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
