Regional Sales Manager - Clinical Solutions
About the role
Job Description Amico , a leading manufacturer of medical equipment, is expanding rapidly in the U.S. and is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow a high-potential territory.
This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with strong prospecting skills and a passion for building relationships within hospitals and acute care facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a U.S. sales territory
- Sell Operating Room, ICU, and Acute Care capital equipment to hospitals
- Call on hospital executives, clinicians, nurses, surgeons, and materials management
- Prospect and close new business while expanding existing accounts
- Deliver consultative solutions, presentations, and clinical workflow designs
- Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM activity, and post-sale support
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (healthcare sales a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong cold-calling and presentation skills (virtual & in-person)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
- Healthcare or medical device sales experience is a strong asset
- College or university education preferred
- Formal professional sales training preferred
