About the role
Georgian Dental Barrie is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Administrator to be the first point of contact for our patients and support the smooth running of our busy clinic. Dental experience is an asset but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday-7:30AM-4PM
Wednesday 10:30AM-7PM
1-2 Saturdays a month 7:30AM-3PM
What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients and manage front desk operations
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
- Assist with insurance verification and coordinate with the clinical team
- Ensure a professional, organized, and patient-focused environment
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Dental experience is an asset, but not required
