General Description:
Reporting to the Region District Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for the full cycle of Accounts Payable, resolving Accounts Payable issues, completing special projects, and general support to the National Accounts Team.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist with us, the minimum responsibilities are:
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Reconciling vendor A/P statements and corresponding with Vendor
- Assisting in preparation for monthly journal entries
- Monitoring and expensing capital items
- Ensuring all invoices are entered at month end for the A/P accrual
- Reconcile accounts
What We Need From You:
- 2-3 years of related accounts payable experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- An aptitude for numbers and data accuracy
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Full Cycle accounting experience is asset
- Great interpersonal and time management skills
