**WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR GENERAL ONBOARDING TO OUR SUBCONTRACT CONSULTING BENCH. **
Job Description
As a Consultant, you will utilize best practices and methodologies to plan and design, build, and implement Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in large, mid-size and small Microsoft SP consulting and development projects
- Demonstrate technical expertise when designing and implementing solutions leveraging SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability and willingness to understand customers' business and the value of technology on the business
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles and initiates communication with client project stakeholders to drive transparency
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SP solutions
- Ensures quality of work by testing and validating work prior to customer delivery
Skills and Abilities:
- 3 years of consulting experience with SharePoint
- Designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflow
- Managing permissions, user roles, and security settings
- Experience with SharePoint Online and hybrid deployments
- Expert understanding of user identity in Office 365, security and permission management in SharePoint Online, Office 365 Groups, and Teams
- Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation
- Outstanding client relationship skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
