Position Summary The Digital Platforms Manager leads the delivery, sustainment, release discipline, and continuous evolution of Concert’s enterprise business platforms, anchored by the Yardi ecosystem and extending across the broader application, web, and digital channel landscape. This role owns the platform backlog and day-to-day sequencing for the Digital Platforms & Delivery portfolio within agreed governance guardrails. The role balances new capability, sustainment, operational risk, platform health, technical debt, and business priority, while ensuring platform work remains aligned to portfolio governance and quarterly commitments. A meaningful part of the role is acting as Release Lead for the Digital Platforms & Delivery portfolio. The role owns release governance, coordinates release windows across Digital Technology portfolios, maintains environment discipline, and authorizes go/no-go decisions for higher-risk platform deployments within agreed escalation thresholds. This role will also provide technology/platform stewardship for Concert’s public website and future external digital channel capabilities, though its primary focus area is the Yardi ecosystem and business platforms. The Digital Platforms Manager leads the platform administration team day to day, manages external contractor and specialist support, and partners closely with BRM, Yardi Principal, Business Analysis, PMO & Governance, Architecture, Security, Service Excellence, Data & Insights, Marketing/Communications, Investor Relations, and business stakeholders so platform work is well-shaped, safely delivered, adopted, and supportable. This role reports to the Director, Digital Platforms, Delivery & Governance. Key Responsibilities Own the platform backlog and day-to-day sequencing, balancing new capability, sustainment, risk, and technical debt Maintain a forward-looking roadmap and translate business priorities into executable platform delivery plans. Lead sustainment and platform health practices, including incident trends, reliability, and continuous improvement. Oversee Yardi and business platform administration, ensuring changes are well-shaped, tested, and supportable. Provide platform stewardship for the corporate website and evolving external digital channels. Act as Release Lead, managing release governance, schedules, readiness criteria, and go/no-go decisions. Ensure environment management supports parallel delivery across development, testing, and production environments. Partner with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), Senior Business Analysts (BA), PMO Lead, as well as with Architecture, Security, and business teams to ensure delivery readiness and alignment. Lead and develop the platform administration team and manage external vendors and partners. Track and report platform performance, delivery outcomes, and improvement opportunities Required Knowledge & Skills 7+ years’ experience in platform, product, or enterprise application delivery and management Strong experience managing platform backlogs, roadmaps, and competing priorities. Proven release management and environment coordination expertise. Experience with Yardi or comparable enterprise SaaS/business platforms. Familiarity with website/CMS/DXP or external digital channel platforms. People leadership and vendor management experience. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technology groups Please note this is a general description of the tasks and skills required.
