Position Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and keeping top-tier tools in action on major job sites? We’re looking for a Service Logistics Coordinator to help manage pick-up and drop-off operations for Milwaukee Tool users across the Greater Vancouver Area.
You won’t be working in a service center branch — instead, you'll be out in the field, coordinating directly with our largest end users & projects, ensuring tools are quickly and efficiently logged as well as transported for service, replacement, or warranty support.
What You Will Do
In this position, the Service Logistics Coordinator will:
- Coordinate and manage daily tool service runs — picking up and dropping off power tools at job sites and end-user locations.
- Be the face of Milwaukee Tool’s service experience, delivering fast, professional support to the trades.
- Assess tool service needs at time of pick-up and communicate timelines and outcomes.
- Organize and prioritize tool deliveries and returns to keep our customers on schedule.
- Handle warranty checks, instant replacements, and documentation in the field.
- Work closely with our service and support teams to ensure quick turnaround times.
- Build strong relationships with site managers, tradespeople, and internal teams.
What You Will Bring
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 2-3 years sales and sales leadership experience or equivalent
- Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
- Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy
- A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail
- Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability
- Collaborate with teams and have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback
- Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to travel when required
