About the role
Location: Uxbridge Up to £35,000 + exceptional benefits 36 hours/week | Hybrid working – 3 days in office LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) is seeking an organised, proactive People and Culture Recruitment Officer to lead recruitment and onboarding activity across our growing organisation.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across all business areas
- Draft and post engaging job adverts and liaise with hiring managers
- Oversee all pre-employment checks, offers and onboarding processes
- Be the first point of contact for new starters—ensuring a smooth, positive joining experience
- Maintain accurate HR data in our HRIS (Breathe) and Applicant Tracking System (Hireful)
- Track and support probation reviews, ensuring compliance and timely completion
- Produce weekly recruitment reports and metrics for senior review
- Support wider People & Culture projects, process improvements, and audits
What You Need
- 3+ years’ experience in an HR/People function, ideally in recruitment
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns end-to-end
- Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g. Hireful, Breathe)
- Working knowledge of UK Employment Law and GDPR compliance
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills—professional, approachable, and clear
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable)
