About the Role:

As a Senior Analyst in Contract Management & Demand Forecasting, you’ll manage critical contracts, forecast customer demand, and analyze system performance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in our commercial operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and update contract databases and support execution of firm delivery contracts
  • Prepare monthly cost forecasts, manage invoices, and analyze variances
  • Aggregate and transform large data sets to develop accurate demand forecasts
  • Analyze consumption patterns and identify trends or anomalies
  • Generate monthly and annual forecasts for infrastructure planning and regulatory filings
  • Investigate unaccounted-for gas (UFG) data and lead initiatives to reduce losses
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Contribute to regulatory filings and participate in audits
  • Identify gaps and implement improvements in commercial processes and data validation
  • Use advanced tools like Power BI and SQL to model, visualize, and report data
  • Support relocation data operations, including tracking requests and maintaining records

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Analytical experience, ideally in utilities, energy, or regulatory environments
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, SQL, Power BI, and related tools
  • Experience with data modeling, visualization, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
