Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Partnerships Manager/Retail Banking. This position involves overseeing end-to-end management of the bank’s retail partnerships, supporting stakeholder engagement, business development, and relationship growth within a highly collaborative environment. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic, relationship-focused setting.
Pay rate range (CAD): $47.10/hr – $56.52/hr
Responsibilities
Assist in managing Everyday Banking Partnerships, including coordination of expenses, sponsorships, and events Expand and deepen existing partner relationships through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify and realize partnership opportunities Conduct competitive benchmarking to develop goals, SLAs, and compelling value propositions Design and launch strategies and campaigns to activate partnerships, involving liaison with senior stakeholders Develop and deliver polished storytelling presentations using visual aids to communicate partnership value and progress
Desired Skill-Set
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships Background in Strategy or Product management (not marketing) Experience in partnerships, segments, or strategy within a financial institution; retail banking experience is essential Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
Nice to Have
Management or strategy education background
Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Familiarity with sponsorships, stakeholder management, and event coordination
