Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Moncton, NB. The Salesperson will engage with residential customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate window and door solutions that align with performance, budget, and aesthetic preferences. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining positive, professional relationships with clients. The role involves coordinating with installation and customer service teams to ensure accurate orders and a smooth project experience. The Salesperson will also support local marketing efforts, attend in-person events or showroom activities, and maintain accurate records in the company’s sales systems.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen, ask clarifying questions, and offer clear, confident product recommendations. Sales skills including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, preferably in home improvement, building materials, or a related field. Ability to learn and explain technical product features such as energy efficiency, materials, and installation requirements in accessible language. Solid communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over phone or video, with professional, inclusive conduct toward all clients. Comfort working on-site in residential settings, including occasional evenings or weekends based on customer availability. Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems to manage leads, quotes, and customer information. Proven reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets and deadlines. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for local customer visits and on-site meetings. Previous experience in window and door sales or home renovation is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
