The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various Co-op and residential buildings. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. Prior janitorial and cleaning experience needed.

Locations can vary - Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Follow procedures for garbage/recycling
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients and team members
• Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality

Experience

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness
