As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Site Supervisor
- Lead a team of on-site security guards
- Responsible for creating the employee schedule based on the next weeks tasks and manage the team on a day to day basis on site level.
- Manage inventory control (Uniforms)
- Responsible for the signing authority for the security license that are issued
- Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
- Promote and support the daily administrative tasks and training staff on the technology access on site level
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- All other related duties
Qualifications for Site Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
- Excellent leadership skills
- 1-3 nf years of experience in security and team management
- First aid certification manditory
- Ability to hold a valid security license
