About This Opportunity Coke Canada Bottling’s Sales Development Managers (SDMs) are field-based sales professionals responsible for driving profitable growth across multiple channels, including grocery, mass merchandisers, convenience & gas, restaurants, bars, and food service establishments. SDMs act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong partnerships and expanding our customer base within their assigned territory.
Coke Canada aims to be our customers’ most valued supplier, and SDMs play a critical role in achieving this by identifying opportunities, understanding our beverage portfolio, and fostering collaborative relationships.
The Details This full-time role is based in Dryden or Kenora and covers a large territory including Sioux Lookout, Dryden, Red Lake, and Kenora . Extensive travel is required, with occasional trips away from your home base for up to one week.

Compensation : Salary + Sales Incentive Plan (to be negotiated).
Benefits : Yes
Vehicle: Auto allowance based on model/year; mileage reimbursement at $0.62/km.
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Work Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Successfully sell customer promotional plans, incremental displays and equipment placements that include annual Customer Marketing Agreements and align with the customer's and the Coke Canada system’s business objectives and strategies.
- Evaluate outlet opportunities for new and existing Large Store customers.
- Develop a customized business plan addressing the critical needs of the customer(s).
- Work collaboratively with the merchandising Supervisors and order replenishment team to ensure that revenue and profit goals are achieved, and that appropriate inventory levels and merchandising standards are maintained at each store.
- Ensures a high level of customer service and resolves issues promptly.
- Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
- Execute channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage national brand strategies.
- Proactively arrange time and territory to achieve optimum face-to-face selling opportunities.
- Assess inventory levels, forecast each customer's future inventory needs based on past trends and upcoming promotional activities, placing orders on the customer's behalf to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
- Build or modify displays, sections, end caps, racks & coolers in line with Coke Canada Bottling’s standards and programs.
- Be able to lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
- Post-Secondary education, preferably in business related field or sufficient business experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role preferable in consumer goods industry.
- Experience in direct store delivery sales and major account management an asset.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must.
- Proficient using a variety of computer programs.
- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
